For context, I use this bridge on my new Erhu that is yet to be seasoned. The sound is slightly sharper, while it has some sweet undertone.

This bridge softens the sharp edges of tone my Erhu produces, making it more rounded. But there is a tradeoff. my erhu volume projection is slightly compromised compared to other bridges, E.g., black sandalwood, and Eason's 4300-year Bridge, which I don't mind. But please take this with a pinch of salt, as even the same type of bridges may sound differently with your own erhu.

For the quality, it is well-made and symmetrical. The edges are sharp too. The gap between the 2 holes on the bridge is wider than my other bridges. This is good for bow with a lot of hair.
